Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-233/21, formulada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, a través de la Directora Técnica de la Dirección Jurídica, por considerar que presenta una ambigüedad en la parte resolutiva, específicamente, en la frase final del numeral primero.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que la anterior pretensión es improcedente, pues no demuestra la existencia de aspectos que conduzcan a una verdadera duda en relación con el sentido de la decisión adoptada en el precitado fallo, sino, eventualmente, disputas interpretativas o incluso, inconformidad con el alcance de la decisión adoptada por la Corte.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZA la aclaración rogada en esta oportunidad.
